Baker Helps a Bakery Make a Modern Brand Statement

With over $3 billion in revenue and 8500 employees, CSM Bakery Solutions is an international leader in the baking industry, producing a broad range of products for customers in over 100 countries. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the company is dedicated to developing and providing solutions that drive customer growth and success. They are known for offering an innovative portfolio of premium quality bakery ingredients and finished products, as well as services for retail and foodservice markets as well as artisan and industrial bakeries. They commissioned Baker to concept and install an audiovisual experience for their new global headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.

Delivering an engaging, interactive digital experience

CSM’s vision for their new home was for it to be modern, functional and interactive. By partnering with us early in the process, they were able to leverage innovative audiovisual technology and integrate it into the space design. Together, CSM and Baker designed a fully-functional Customer Experience Center that is used both to showcase their on-site bakery in action as well as to host Town Hall meetings and Customer Events. Baker installed equipment that provides employees and visitors with a complete digital experience as they walk through space. The company takes full advantage of the opportunity to showcase their success. They develop original, relevant content for employees as well as produce informative content for visiting clients and customers, the system enables them to easily upload content and continually provide an interactive, engaging brand experience at all times.
